  1. General Principles: Our Privacy Policy is a part of and is incorporated into the Terms of Use.  The Website has created a Privacy Policy setting forth how information collected about you is collected, used and stored.  Your use of the Website constitutes acknowledgement and agreement with our Privacy Policy.  You further acknowledge and agree that the Website may use your personal information in the manner described in our Privacy Policy.  Much of the specific information requested within our Website is voluntary and need not be submitted by the visitor.  If you choose to post User Content on the Website, the User Content posted by you will be treated as described in Section 1, Item 5 (Use of Information and Materials Provided by the User) of the Terms of Use.  If personal information is submitted as part of a request for information, it is used to investigate or respond to the request.  If you provide your e-mail to “opt-in” to our newsletter program, it will be used for that purpose as described in Section 1, Item 7 (Email Newsletter Subscriptions) of the Terms of Use.     • the address of the pages you accessed.  This information provides with information about how the Website is used and navigated, including: the number of hits, the frequency of visits and the duration of visits to each page on the Website.  It does not personally identify individual users.

  6. Cookies: Currently Website uses cookies or similar programs for tracking analytic purposes.  Please note that if you reject or block cookies it may affect your ability to enjoy the full functionality of our Website.
  7. Business Transitions: In the event Halloween Events Colorado LLC is ever sold, acquired, merged, liquidated, reorganized or otherwise transferred, We reserve the right to transfer our user databases together with any personally or non-personally identifiable information contained therein to a third party acquiring Halloween Events Colorado LLC or any of its assets.
